Let's Taste It :
Iodine and peat dance together, wrapped in a light smoke, appetising white fruits, wood and dried banana. You can feel the sea air, you're far away, lost in the middle of the ocean. Finely refined salt, prawn fritters. Very sweet on the palate, very apple-vanilla, mirabelle plum and lemon, but soon enough the pepper and spices rise, coconut, to introduce an explosive and very long finish, with something pastry-like, nougat, turrón, almond, and an ounce of charcoal that chars, some earth to give depth. Egg yolk in retro-olfaction.

In Short,
A little gem, where the bourbon makes itself felt much more than the sherry. A must if you can afford it.
