Let's Taste It :
Exotic fruits and citrus on the nose, typical of a famous distillery on the island of Orkney. To be clear, this is not Scapa. Smoke more intense than usual for this distillery, very thick, very black, very oily. Soot and coal pebbles. Coarse salt. A syrupy drop of sherry, pomegranate, passion fruit and blackcurrant. Perfect balance. A touch of rocky peat and iodine. Some elements of heather, earth and humus, as in Bordeaux wine. A pastry-like flavour, like rum baba and marzipan. Finally, barley and rye, golden in the sun. A hint of vanilla. Very cherry-like on the palate, with some dried fruits and a good dose of peat to flesh it out. Very intense spices. The finish is a mixture of vanilla and red fruits, with just the right amount of charcoal and earth. Very long. And an ounce of cola.

In Short,
This is sublime, and at a very reasonable price. A beautiful smoke made more complex by the sherry. A must if you can find it.
Score : 90
